Fun times on Friday at 6:00 a.m.
Did 15 Calorie row followed by 4-42lb jerks each round except the final round where I managed to get 7 jerks. Total 105 calories 27 jerks.
Nice work 6 a.m. class!

Dropped the number of cals or it would have turned into a rowing WOD.

Well that was an official train wreck.
Rowers were all taken up, so went with assault bike, AKA the devil’s tricycle.
Planned to scale calories to 18-20. First round felt good, so started at 20 cals. Despite the moderate pace, I forgot somehow that legs don’t work after assaulting. First few reps indicated to me the problems ahead. Decided at that point that I would be further scaling, so went like this:
1. 20 cal/6 @205
2. 18 cal/4 @ 205
3. 14 cal/6 @ 185
4. 10 cal/6 @ 185
5. 10 cal/6 @ 185
6. 10 cal/6 @ 185
7. 12 cal/7 @ 185
This ones the real deal.


Row – Averaged about 18cals a minute. Tried to get off the rower at about the 1:10 mark each round. Total calories rowed =125
Jerks – scaled to 135#. 4/5/4/4/3/4/5=29
Also enjoyed a little BeeGee bbq with OG at 5:00pm as well.
