Yikes… a lot harder than I thought. Rowing was fairly consistant but SDLHP sucked starting about 3 round.

Holy busy 9:30 class. With everyone finishing at the same time, there was an added dramatic effect with so many bodies collapsing to the floor simultaneously. haha Thanks for your encouragment Brett!
