Knee to Elbows

Coach’s notes: Tabata intervals are always 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. In today’s workout however, you will alternate each exercise back and forth until you have completed 8 sets of each. In other words, do 20 seconds of knees to elbows followed by 10 seconds of rest, next do 20 seconds of push press followed by 10 seconds of rest, back to knees to elbows for 20 seconds and so on until you have completed 8 sets at each exercise or 16 total for the two. Recommended weight is 45 lbs. for gals and 65 lbs. for guys. Post the total reps for each exercise to comments.
