CFC Kids

As many rounds in 20 minutes: 

7 Knees to Elbows

 7 Dumbbell Front Squat 

Coach’s notes: Guys use 30 and gals 20 lb dumbbells for the front squat.  Post number of rounds completed to comments.

Shoulders not able to loosen up today, maybe from the Muscle ups the other day.

Amrap Chinups = 43

I am still cursing weds squats…

As a parent, it’s been fun to watch these eager and enthusiastic kids participate in a truly fantastic program!!!!

19 rounds +5 squats
Used 20lbs and KE where to mid chest

18 rounds, 15lbs and knees can’t seem to find my elbows YET!

With 25 lb. DB’s
