A.  Split Jerk – 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

B.  Hollow rocks – hold as long as possible X 5 sets, rest 30-60s between.

A. Decided to do power cleans and split jerk. Worked up to 255 for a 10lb PR. It wasn’t pretty, had to press it out a bit but manage to stand it up.

A. 135/185/205/225/245/265f – attempted 265 three times – I thought I had the second one but the bar started coming back down
B. First hold was 60s then 4 x 30s holds

A: 117.5#. 2.5# post-injury PR. Still 7.5 off what I’ve done.
B: 3 holds. Didn’t time.
