Power Clean – 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

I’m excited and I think my legs will be working better by tomorrow!


Did some power cleans today (Thursday) as part of the “Starting Strenght” routine from Coach Rip’s book. Been doing this lately and not posting.
Full work out was:
3×5 back squats at 230lb
3×5 shoulder press at 102lb
3×5 power cleans at 145lb
bwt=156lb.


60, 65, 70. 75, 80, 85, 90, 90, 90, 90…lots of fun with the ladies who lift –thanks Brett


60/65/70/75/80/85/87.5 then went down to 65 to work on form!

Awesome work Ladies!


it’s great to see that the ladies who lift all do it with passion and intensity.
