Targeted Training with Dmytro

Join Dmytro Chumak, Ukrainian weightlifter and 3 time Euro Champion for an 8 week targeted training course to sharpen your snatch and clean and jerk.
What: 3 sessions/week for 24 total sessions
When: Tuesday and Thursday’s from 7:15-8:30pm and Saturday’s from 10:15-11:30am
Sessions will be (1) Snatch, (2) Clean and Jerk and (3) Accessory work, added volume/practice

Cost will be 350.00 for members and 450.00 for non-members

When: Start date is January 9/11/13 ending February 27/29/March 2
