Did 100 singles for jump rope. Perfect for my healing feet. When I jump higher I’m feeling less pain than I used to but not quite there yet.
Everything else… I was filled with envy and admiration watching Erica S destroy this WOD. I need to learn how to let go more. I was a lumbering bear today with tired legs but I managed to get into my 7th round.
These WODS destroy me. Lots to learn… always eating humble pie with a big spoon. Maybe with a shovel is more accurate.

Had a breakthrough with double unders today. Managed 20 in a row in warm up and round 1 did 50 in 3 sets but they sure fell apart in the second round to the point I couldn’t get any. I’m ok with that as every time we do them they are getting drastically better. Went to 100 singles for the rest of the WOD

Fairly certain in round 6 I did 150’ of lunges but I had the dumb-dumbs and really don’t know!

10 rounds + 75 ft of lunges.
Turn your brian off and just move. Make the transition at the 25’ mark fast as possible and move faster then you want to. You’re not going to fail a lunge.
