For time:

1 mile sprint

Coach’s notes:  Warm the hips up well and compare to last weeks times/results.   Post time of last mile test and this one to comments.

As a general rule, sprinting is not in my job description. Having said that, I attempted this WOD…I ran a mile at a comfortable pace, first. Then, I put on the “after-burners” – lol – for the second mile…then ran the last mile at the comfy pace.

Time for the sprint: 8:47 (this would be a benchmark for me)
