Open gym. Did an easy 1000m row 4:14.
The a 15 min. EMOM 3 DL @ 220#.
The another 1000m row with Sandy:
44.7/46.7/48.3/50.2/45.9. 3:57:8 total.

This was kind of fun…who knew flogging yourself would be so fun.

Row: 3:44ish i think. not too quick but not super slow.
Triple-Unders 21 in the remaining time. All singles.
Flogs: hunderds (i’m really good at these)

Row was 4:03, had a lot left in the tank, although you wouldn’t have known it by how my skipping went. Double unders with a triple under attempt every 10 skips. Rope kept getting caught on my foot.
