What the… this was like something out of the twilight zone. Everything felt so light! Not exactly sure what happened. Gord told me about the leading with the butt thing, and I had the bar slightly lower then usual. Good day I guess!

Katie I love that picture, it is awesome. Worked up to 175lbs failed at 180, left it at that as still recovering from the week. Great work today Krista. Thanks for all of the advice Gord. Congrats Francis that is a huge gain for a new PR.
