A.  Spend 15 minutes working to a heavy squat snatch.

B.  10 Rounds for time of:

1 Power Snatch – 145#/95#
3 Overhead Squats

A) hit 195, couldn’t get 205 today.
B) 4:38 Rx’d. Tried a few unbroken at the start, it was a poor choice.

A) Worked up to 95# – tried 100# in the last 30 seconds but didn’t quite get there.

B) 5:28 with 75#


A. Up to 135 fail. Ran out of time to attempt a second 135 lift.

B. Used 115 for first 3 rounds but it was slightly too heavy for my OHS so I dropped to 95 lbs. Finished at 7:10


A. Failed at 70#. Felt pretty tired today.
B. Did 60# in 5:01. Probably should have done 55#. My technique on my snatch was terrible.
Really liked this wod.
Great lifting 9:30 a.m.ers.


A: up to 105#. It wasn’t great and my hip was hurting for some reason

B: 7:55 – I did 85#


A. Up to 95#, was moving very poorly, so went back down to 75# and then an empty barbell. Just wasn’t happy with the movement patterns.

B. 5:53 at 95#. Again, was honestly not moving very well at all. Lots of muted hip catches (sorry Brett). Funny cuz warmup felt good.
