Good news – never went higher than 38 point something seconds.
Bad news – never got below 38 seconds.
Pushed the last two rounds to try to get into the 37’s, but no such luck.
Thanks OG!

This WOD taught me a looot of lessons and I have never felt pain like I felt doing these intervals.
First of all, don’t eat before doing sprints. Second of all, never lie down after doing a sprint. Third of all, keeping up with Brett results in near death lol. Fourth, I’m able to do hard things and get through it. My favourite lesson of CrossFit in general actually.
I ran for each interval.
1. 0:40
2. 0:37
3. 0:36
4. 0:38
5. 1:03 – I made the mistake of sitting/lying down after #4 and literally couldn’t move so took this round to flush out my legs.
6. 0:40
7. 0:38
8. 0:42
Happy with the consistency throughout even though it took every ounce of effort. Now that I’m recovered enough, I’m proud of my overall performance even though the twenty minutes following this I only felt regret. 😂

35.1 – that was ok
34.9 – hmm – can’t go any faster
34.8 – definitely not going any faster
35.3 – there goes the first wheel off the bus
37.0 – man down!
37.0 – maybe I can hang on
37.9 – nope!
38.5 – ☠️

This hurt, but running intervals always do. Went from the side door out and around Subway and back to the side door each round. Rest/recovery was just right, which meant it was brutal.

Ari, Erica and Adam added significantly to the discomfort in this WOD.
