I did Murph yesterday. Run 1mile in the blizzard!!
Came back and did 10 sets of 10, 20 and 30 pull ups, push ups and Squats. Arms were shaking, head was dizzy, sweat all over. Put my headphones on with Guns & Roses and head out in the damm blizzard again for another mile run. Oh my God, it was like carrying a piano all the way plus several different cramps that second run. Got back in 61:52 minutes. Could barely walk while Brett took pictures of my missery. i am ok today. This is my favorite Work out so far.

Today I learned that if you have a strong kip for your pull-up, make sure you have an even stronger hand grip!

attempted 306 but only managed to get 4 reps.

95×5, 105×5, 115×5, 125×5, 135×5, 145×5

Since I did front squat max the other day, did Madi instead. Sub’d 30 wallballs for30 85 lb sumo deadlift high pulls. 21:47
