A. 10:45 (?) RX – not 100% sure what my time was. I know I was about 5:00 slower than Erica!
B. Ouch – did two rounds of GHDs and two rounds of v-ups. Both sucked. Planks were ok.

20 in box
The weight was perfect for the intent and my slightly tweaked back. I managed to jump on the box till the first round of 12 then had to step up/down to save my injured feet BUT I did the last round of three as jumps. That’s progress, but I admit I felt a little frustrated by my limitations on the box. Love the WOD.
Part B went surprisingly well. 25 reps on GHD/round but not all fully extended. That was a lot! No problem with the side planks.
I had a good time today.
