3 rounds for time:

30 Toes to Bar

60 ft Single Leg Hops (30 ft per side)

30 Back Extensions

60 Squats

Coach’s notes:  For the single leg hops, you are jumping off one leg and landing on the same leg for 30 ft. Then switch legs and repeat on the other leg. Post time to complete to comments.

T2B worked on swinging legs as high as possible without pushing off the box every time. One day I’ll get my toes to the bar consistently. Everything else felt really good.

T2B slowed down a lot after the first round, and with the back exts squats were slower than normal. Fun workout though.

As the T2B went, so went the workout. And they went downhill quickly. Mostly doubles/singles in the 2nd and 3rd round.

First round was great went unbroken then tore halfway into t2b on 2nd round and dropped to triples and doubles. Thanks Mike.

First round of T2B were almost unbroken. Rounds 2 and 3 had them broken into sets of 5.

Round 1 was unbroken – 4:00
Other 2 rounds were about 8:00 each. Fell apart mostly on T2B and somewhat on squats. Used up all of my fast T2B in the first round and had to slowly grind out the last 60. Pushed through all the back extension mainly because MIchelle was catching up to me.


14:45 (I was the second heat, second group). I forgot to pay attention to my start time. Jeff estimated that I must have started at 17:30 and my end time was 32:15.
I scaled my reps for T2B to 20/15/15. The remaining movements rx’d.

Didnt measure height but probably in the 40s
