I did this one last week. 6 full rounds plus 300m pull ups 22/15/15/11/12/9

WOD – CF Games 2007 Hopper WOD

Row 1000m
25 chin ups
7 (135lb) PJerk
Time = 32:35

That just wasted me.
Row was good, Chin ups were good (sets of 15 and 15 for all), P-Jerk turned into P-PRess as I was not confident in the drop to get under it. As well, I have never push-anything that much weight over my head.

What a taxing WOD. After reviewing the video of the Games last year. OPT and AFT made me realize how far I can improve, and improve I will.

Oh as well, I had to take the bar off the rack as I could not clean it consistently enough. If I had I would still be here tomorrow doing that.
