32:37 as rx’d (knees touch elbows)… 1.5pd kb swings ate me alive- i got worked!
20:45 mostly rx’d (more like knees to triceps)…I sure love those grunt work-outs 🙂
23:41 almost as rx’ed ….knees to elbows weren’t happening, too many “rolls” between those 2 body parts!

20:30 as rx’d, though I confess the second run was way less POSE-like than my first one (which probably wasn’t that good in the first place).

25:01 – knees to somewhere around my chest with the odd one to my elbows, these were sooo slow but I needed the practice. Good WOD.
