On Monday, May 19, OPT will be hosting its Spring Fitness Challenge.  The events will start at 2:00 pm so, show up prepared to do anything!  Cost is $25.  Contact Leighanne at optadmin@optimumtraining.ca for more details.  You’ll be sure to have a good workout and challenge yourself in a supportive environment!

Great to have a workout that required nothing more than knowing how far out 200m was, and the ability to move (barely by the end)
Definitely room for improvement.


Great to see families doing this stuff together, nothing brings a family closer than collapsing together in a giant heap!

Then
amrap chin ups = 37 (Supinated, disappointed with that number, better come monday if needed)

800m sprint = 2:44

push ups from the toes. In the last round I managed a set of 5, then a set of 2, then it was 1 at a time….Thanks to Trevor and the Friday @ 5 class for letting me join them.
