CrossFit Preschoolers Calgary-This Monday’s 13:00 class will be held at Arbour Lake Playground (across the street from Amaranth), weather permitting. Please bring your family and a healthy snack. Membership is $40/month or $12/class.

I felt pretty gassed on the jumping pull-ups, but the rest of the movements felt pretty good.
This was awful… for my first time it sucked.
