3:57, 4:26, 4:21, 4:23…not fond of running but it’s preferable to rowing especially getting outside to get my daily dose of Vitamin D. Thank you, Laura…always lots of fun working w/ you 🙂

Felt stiff and un-gazelle-like


Did Nicole as it had running and Pull ups that I missed yesterday.
Last time got 6 rds and 70 pull ups. Today it was 6 rds and 82 pull ups. I guess better it is all it counts especially after a long winter of no running whatsoever!


Did Tuesday’s push press on the minute WOD as I did a WOD while I was in Vancouver which had 2 miles of running.
