5 rounds for time:

30 Overhead walking Lunges

20 Med Ball Cleans

10 Toes to Bar

Coach’s notes: Guys use 45 lb plate, gals 25 lb plate overhead for walking lunges and 20 lb and 14 lb medicine ball for cleans. Post time to complete to comments.

22:52 I think. 25# for OH WL & 12# for Med Ball Cleans. Did 2 rounds of T2B and cried a little, then did the last 3 rounds with GHD situps instead (not sure which one was worse). That was positively hideous. And yet fun. Interesting how often those worlds collide in crossfit.

Lunges were broken into sets of 15, med ball’s sets of 5 and T2B were unbroken (sets 1,2 and 5 were done with a proper kip, sets 3&4 had a big swing in ’em).

27.15 first round did as rxd then switched to 15# for overhead lunges. T2B are getting better but not perfect yet!

24:09 as rx’d Still feeling sickly, but managed to pound it out. Wondering how my legs and butt are going to feel when I run tomorrow morning. It may not be pretty.

This is how you spell disaster! 22:24 with 15lbs lunges (second set 10lbs and too light), 12 and then by the third set 8lb med balls, and knees-to-elbows that became situps after round 3.

Last time I did as tx’d in 28:31 and left a note for myself to do it lighter and faster this time. It was faster but even at these weights my legs stop working before my heart and lungs so it’s tough to keep it intense. Next time just stick with rx’d.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any tougher! 27:26, as rx’d first 2 rounds then switched to 15# for OH lunges, and switched to 12# cleans after 3rd round. Thanks Todd and Chelsea for the push, muchly needed for this one! Krista, you kick ass and are my idol!
