At Home WOD:

Tabata Intervals for reps of:

  1. Milk Jug Bent Over Rear Delt Fly
  2. Hands on Chair Jump Overs
  3. Chair Dips
  4. Calf Raises

WOD:

Tabata Intervals for reps of:

  1. Bent Over Rear Delt Fly – 15#/10#/hand
  2. Hands on Box Jump Overs – 24”/20”
  3. Bench Dips
  4. Calf Raises

Coach’s notes:

Post reps per movement, per round and all totals to comments.

Goal: Get back to a routine I can maintain. Push hard on the jump overs.

I’ve been working on running a faster mile. Very happy for the change today.

I am so happy to connect with my community after a very challenging adjustment period. Apparently I need to drink way more milk to get my second jug. Only one person out of six drinks milk in my house. 🙂 Zach has a challenge ahead of him.

Anyway… the workout was great. Had to work with one jug. It was still challenging. Jumps were suitably brutal. Can’t wait to feel fit again. Look forward to more. Really appreciate the creative coaching/workouts in less than ideal conditions.


WOD = yes. Super slow and lethargic today, basically an active rest.
