Alvaro: got to 130 pounds, I love the feeling of dropping the dam bar. I had a couple failed attempts according to Brett, no going deep enough in my squat
Alvaro, must have been the hair cut….we call it the “Samson effect”….

85 lb and above were PRs. These were really power snatches as I don’t have the confidence to go down in a deep squat with significant weight overhead.
+ 30 reps OHS @ 65lb
+ 50 GHD sit ups
Didn’t record all my sets but I worked up to 172lbs, wanted to attempt higher but ran out of time in class. Next time.
Concentated (maybe a strong word for a Fri.) on form, esp hook grip.
