Okay. So, 15.2 is upon us. It’s a repeat of 14.2 which was grueling and humbling for many but also saw many of us get our first Chest to Bar Pull-ups.
I’d like to encourage anyone who is coming to watch to stay for the entire afternoon. I know many of you have other commitments that make it hard to do so, but seriously, if you can, please do. Every athlete needs your support and I guarantee that you will see something amazing in every single heat. And I’m sure there will be many first C2B again this year!

In kelowna @ condo… “rhiannon” 5:22, until rope broke. 5min max Burpees – 52, ran up and down stairs in condo for 3 min.
