B.  50 Cal Assault Bike or Row
C.  50 Bench Press – 135#/85#
D.  50 Knees to Elbows

B) 1:50 played with lower damper setting

C: 4:00 25(Bad idea)/5/5/5/3/3/4 went to failure then tried to finish
A) 150 dubs 2:05 ( wanted to get under 2)
D) forgot to right down the time 4ish mins
B) treated it as a recovery row
