Hang Snatch – 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

 

Coach’s notes:  Remember this catch is a full squat.  Post load for each set to comments.

Can someone tell me what this 2,2,2,2,2,2,2 means??


2,2,2,2,2… means 2 reps of max load per set. In this case, there are 7 sets.

45/50/55/60/60/65/65


Back at it after injury

Limited weight with bad form on the snatch WOD

Deadlift 1-1-1-1’s

395 max (PR was 315)



145lbs x 2 …could have went higher (was trying for Bwt – 182) but I was having some form issues so decided to keep weight here and correct form as needed…


Worked up to only 42lbs, worked on technique mostly as this is a lift I have trouble with balance on when catching in the squat…definately felt and improvement by the end of class!
