Didn’t feel like my lower chain was firing like it should but I’m not upset with this weight at all.

95/105/115/125/130/135
Tried low bar for the first time today. Would have liked to have tried more weight but ran out of time.

95×5/115×5/135/155/165/175(failed 3rd rep)/175(ugh failed 3rd rep again) should have had this!! Went too deep last squat!
Thanks Brett! Great job to everyone this morning!!!

worked up to 185 then failed 195. tried 190 and got 1. it felt good warming up but just didn’t happen as it got heavier- there’s more there, just not today.

105/110/115/120/125/130…felt really good today, would’ve have liked to increase the load but ran out of time. Isn’t it nice for a change that you didn’t have to tell me to get lower in the squat, Brett?? Maybe I can be taught after all! Thank you again, Coach. Kudos to the morning crew. 🙂
