Did a 7 km trail bike ride this morning in Bragg Creek. 4 km up, 3 km. down.

10:18 @ 135 lbs. Did one round @ 155 lbs. in 1:12 after. I will do it required next time.

13:40, 1st round @75# (couldn’t keep my core tight enough on the pj, lower back was being comprimised), 4 rounds @65, felt good.

Didn’t focus/worry about time. Finished the 5 rounds in about 23 minutes

Tough mentally doing this in open gym and back to back with yesterdays WOD right before.
