99 lbs… failed it and then got it… PR. did not try higher, thats for next time.

OHS as warm up – 45×10, 55×10,65×10. Front squat – 135×3, 155×3, 175×3, 195×3, 205×2+1(f), 215×1, 225 (f).
135/145/155/165/175/180(f)x2
Same as last time, I couldn’t get 180 jerked overhead. I definitely need a max jerk day.
95/ 105/ 110/ 115/ 117.5/ 120
First time doing 1RM OHS. Last PR was 85# doing 3’s.
95/105/115/125(F)/125(F)/125/130
Both failed 125’s were positioning problems. Once I got it into proper position, the last 2 went no problem.
22/32/45/55/65/75/85
Failed at 85# twice but finally got it with the helps of doing a split jerk and a lot of great coaching from Evan!
