My 1st time doing this workout, i have no idea how my times will compare, i just ran as fast as i could!

1.45, 1.39, 1.43, 1.48, 1.51, 1.58, 1.53, 1.40


As Rx’d
1:20, 1:18, 1:19, 1:22, 1:20, 1:25, 1:22, 1:22
It felt weird to run intervals without doing pull-ups, push-ups or OHS in between….

did a slightly different version of this yesterday.
200/400/400/200 with 3 min rest btw testing out some new footwear.
First 200 – 27 seconds
first 400 – 1:15
Second 400 – 1:24
Final 200 – 30 sec
