This workout worked me……………..I agree with Coach Shannon, “there was no where to hide, and if the burpees are your rest, your are in trouble”. Scaled to 6 rounds and broke up my last 2 sets on the pull-up bar, argh.
1. 1:51 @ 135#
2. 2:14 @ 185#
3. 3:00 @ 205#
4. 4:28 @ 225#
5. 5:01 @ 245#
6. 5:44 @ 265#


6 rounds as well. Things went downhill fast.
All DL at 135#.
1. 1:57 rx’d
2. 2:42 – about 50/50 push-ups from toes and knees
3. 3:08 – push ups from the knees the rest of the way

Hands and grip felt surprisingly good. Push-ups were brutal. Knew that they would get difficult, just didn’t expect it to happen mid way through the second round.
Fun WOD. So good to be back in the box.
