Clean and Jerk – 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

worked up to 155# (PR by 10#). 145# and 150# is a sticking point for me- failed 1 attempt at each of those weights. there was more there, another 5-10#. thanks gord!


Jerk PR was 135
Clean & Jerk PR was 115

95/100/105/110/115/125/135/145(f)/140(clean but failed on jerk)

Worked up to 110. Failed once and successful on second attempt.


135/145/155/165/(175 Cleaned but could not Jerk)

I need alot of practice for this movement.

I started with the split jerk to try and get used to dropping lower under the bar at light weights, but by the end I wasn’t getting low enough again.


worked on form today, up to 95#. Cleans still need lots of work but jerks felt good.
