CFC Kids

75 reps in as few sets as possible of:

Overhead squats (OHS)

Coach’s notes:  Recommended weight is 95 lbs. for guys and 65 lbs. for gals.  If you cannot lift these loads scale as appropriate.  For those that are working on their OHS try performing the WOD with a dowel only or scale weight.  Post time to complete to comments.

As Rx’d
Took ‘only’ 10 sets, anywhere from 5 reps to 11 reps/sets.
Just glad I got it done as Rx’d for the first time, all good reps.

Anyone up for attempting all three games workouts tomorrow?

I would if I didn’t work all day. I was actually thinking of doing it sunday

3 sets (30-30-15) time 5:55 as Rx’d

WOD in class as rx’d 5 sets 11,14,15,16, 19

On June 28th I tried OHS to failure. Managed 5X70, 3X75, 1X80 so today I went with just 80 lbs.

Time 17:16, 10 sets
1-16, 2-5, 3-7, 4-8, 5-7, 6-5, 7-6, 8-7, 9-7, 10-7
