12 Strict Handstand Push-ups
36 Kettlebell Swings – 2.0/1.5 pood

Perform SLIPS with any time remaining.

That got the heart rate jacked😳 Seniors discount: piked push-ups…half swings at 2 pood/russian rest at 1.5…realized at end my math skills are lacking and had done 2 extra each round😂= 4 rounds. Welcome Lee and Rebecca.

My entire right arm went numb yesterday so I decided to take it “easy” by giving my shoulder more rest. I did 12 presses each side until rounds 3&4.

Loved this WOD!

Did HSPUs from a box with paralettes. Felt easy. Should have made the box higher. I split them up into sets of 6.

Kettlebell swings RX with 1.5 pd. Those were heavy and I really had to concentrate and rest in between sets. Did 3 sets of 12s each round (except the last round where I cut rest to finish to did 3 and 3 for the last 6.)
