B) 1:40 something, stopping to tie my shoe at the 250m mark didn’t help my time

Feeling really sluggish today after the dose of running and heavy KB yesterday.
A. Worked up to 165#. Could probably go for #170 next time.
B. 1:30 – just went for it. Couldn’t breathe for 10 minutes after.
