Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood, gals 1.0 pood for swings, 95 lbs and 65 lbs respectively for thrusters and SDLHP.  Post time to complete to comments.

Scaled weight to 52lb and second set of kettleball swings to .7pd. I think my energy was sucked out the day before with a hilly 5km run.

That was officially the slowest 800m (the second one) I have ever run!


27:49 as rx’d, last 800 was vv slow. I really need to improve thrusters.
