Did the .com WOD instead (didn’t really want to do this one for the third time in a month). 3 rounds 12 95# Front Squat 12 Jumping Burpee Pullups. Did the Burpee Pullups to the middle bar which is 13-14” out of reach 6:26. Thanks Laura.

Scaled DL to 105# to take it easy on my back. It felt great today though, so probably could have gone up. Then again, better safe than sorry…
