I didn’t know you could get that many 10lbs plates on the bars.

That is like 600 pounds Trevor!!!!

It’s ok, Alvaro, I do the same thing… at least we look tough.
33:33 reg. sit ups, 145# for part of 1st round, then 115# for the rest.

Joined the 9:30 class a bit late…very short warmup.
26:20 as Rx’d.

Excellent WOD-subbed 155 for DLFT and did 10 ghd each round then 20 reg sit up. So much fun to run after deadlift!! 29:26 Thanks Brett!

HEY I have a copy of ‘EVERY SECOND COUNTS’ and would be more than happy to ‘lend’ it to anyone who is interested in donating $10 to Amy Lafleche to be used to buy basic sporting/crossfit equipment for the orphanage in China (they have a basketball net-thats it) as outlined yesterday. Contact me at chantal_theberge@hotmail.com to reserve your time! We are at $250!

24:53
regular sit ups
105 lbs for DL

as Rxd 30:26 I think. First time doing any volume of GHD, and they arent fun. I basically just want to sit down and do nothing now. Thanks for the push from the 5pm class, solid work everyone

27:57 as rx’d. Runs and GHDs were slow, but the deadlifts felt pretty strong.

Post WOD fueling of a vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing almost made me sick in the car on the way home. Brett, if your goal was to make us give up cupcakes for life, I’m a few steps closer.

Took it easy today, much to Alvero’s dismay.
195#DL, 50/50 GHD/Abmat situps, runs at senior citizen pace.
24:22, still hurt lots.

as rx’d 30:47 phew glad that ones over!

29:50 as rx’d
Got the same post wod sensation that Barbara gives, the one where it feels like you’ve been hit in the head with a sledgehammer…repeatedly
