Crossfit Glenmore (Kelowna)
“Rock Soup” (I’m going to call it Filthy 50’s Nasty Cousin). This took nine minutes linger than Filthy Fifty:
50 Wall Balls 20lbs
50 Double Unders
50 Ring Dips
50 Burpees (this is simply cruel to do after Ring Dips)
50 GHP Sit-Ups
50 Back Ext’ns
50 Power Snatch 75lbs
50 Toes to Bar
50 KBs 24kgs
500m Run
Time: 35:15 !!!

I would like to wish Trent a happy 40th birthday today. I think he should have a 40/40/40/40 work out too eh Brett.


Worked up to 117 x 2/did 117 twice because my arm was wobbling so wanted to keep working on locking out better (72,92,102,107,112,117,117 I think is how it went)

Hit the 3’s all the way up until 185. Only got one on those.

First time hitting these for weight so I count that as a 90lb PR ๐Ÿ™‚

165/175/185/195/205/215/225 (failed at the bottom of the first rep)
