Only did 3 rounds today. This really should have been a rest day, but leaving for a week so wanted to get in and move – and that’s pretty much all I did haha. Also, I started late at the 7min mark because my shoulders were not warm enough yet.
1. 3:20 (7:00-10:20) @ 17″ and 75#
2. 5:02 (12:20-17:22) @ 19″ and 85#
3. 4:57 (19:22-24:19) @ 19″ and 95#
Jumped to the rings, 17-19″ above standing reach. All else Rxd.
