10 Chest to Deck Burpies


Coach’s notes:  Guys use 275 lbs and gals use 185 lbs for deadlift or scale as needed.  Burpies must have chest touching floor and hands clapping overhead with full extension.

Want to learn to kip?  CrossFit Calgary will be hosting a kipping pull up seminar on August 16, 2008 at 3:30 – 5:00 pm.  Cost is $35/ person.  Contact Leighanne at optadmin@optimumtraining.ca to register.  Spots are limited to 12.

Actually couldn’t breath after round 3, so could be faster….in time!

Ooooh Michael, I only got you by 3 seconds for today’s WOD. Of course, doing deads on dirt and burpees on a soft mat that was about 400 degrees in temperature is a whole different kettle of fish…

I wish I had a kipping seminar before the Games, I could have used it!
