The main reason why I posted was to thank Michelle for all the DU advice, it was good to have someone watch and point out errors that I really wasn’t aware of……..and now have a plan for practice moving forward

Biggest limiter was left arm. By round 4 couldn’t grip bar, couldn’t lock out overhead, couldn’t hold or spin rope.
6 rounds + AHT + 15 PP
I modified this wod to push press (20reps with 20lbs) instead of push jerk and rowing for 45sec in place of skipping. Each round I was rowing approx. 190m in 45sec.
