Pull ups on the minute
Coach’s notes: This exercise requires that you do one pull up in the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third and so on until you can no longer do the required number of pull ups in the minute. If you cannot do a pull up do assisted pull ups with an appropriate weight. Post number of completed rounds to comments.
