A. Up to 275 before I started to look like the hunchback.
B. Up to 255 which is a hang clean PR. Deadlifted it the first time and it didn’t feel right. Glad I went back and tried a second time.
Equals my 2RM. Think I had a little more room, but wanted to move on to B.
235 is a 30# PR. Obviously haven’t tested these in a while.
A. Heaviest I went is 185. Usually 4-5 reps.
B. 155#, 2 high hangs, 2 hangs unbroken, a bunch of sets. Just working on technique.
Basically an active rest day and technique today. Still protecting the ol’ back.

A) went up to 295#, mostly used A as warm up.
B) 300#, (15# pr), it’s no Derek P 30# pr, but pretty good for me! 300# club, do you think I get a sticker or something?
Witnessed tons of great movement today and some really great PR’s.
Coach Derek P., added 30# to his H. S. Clean and Ryan S., breached the 300# milestone, great job guys. I am pretty sure Karen hit a PR in the clean as well.

Worked to 95# front squat
65# HS clean as I continue to struggle with “fast elbows” and releasing the bar. Added to my 2020 resolutions! Got some great tips from Duncan and coaching from Derek. Thanks, guys!
Took it easy today, as my “good” knee did not want me to move quickly, or with any real load.
A. Up to 185# for 5’s with tempo.
B. Up to 135#, with an emphasis on technique, but when that wasn’t really working, just moved around the class to watch and coach, which was much more fun and productive!
Hit my 1RM, but couldn’t get 210 to go. Close but no cigar….
A: 125#. 10# off my 2 RM Failed 132.5# twice.
B: 112.5#. Might be a 2.5# PR. Failed 115# twice.
