Strength day instead of WOD
Squat cleans 155×5×3 (had to take 3-4 sec to breathe between reps as I was getting dizzy)
Bench 162×5×3
Stiff leg DL 145×5×3

bwt – 182

154lbs x 1 …very pleased with this since I have never done hang snatch for load…had more in me but class was over…there is nothing quite like a good snatch 🙂
