25 Handstand Push-ups (HSPU) 

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 195 and gals 135lbs for deadlift.  Post time to complete to comments.

DL 4:06 (with only 135lb, all the weight I have home)
HSPU 15:14. Still mostly singles, but all with full ROM.
