Thrusters! … maybe could have gone a little heavier but I wanted to be able to walk down stairs this weekend (made that mistake before).
Sets were 8/7/6 for the 21; 6/5/4 for the 15s; 5/4 for 9; and 6/6/5/4 for the last 21 except the T2B ending up being singles and doubles on the final 9

Total disaster today!!
Did thrusters with 65 which was ok. Tore my right hand on the T2B on the 1st set of 15 so stopped to tape. Then tore my left in the last round of 21 at rep 18 so I stopped. 19:30… Something… Who cares!!
I need to learn to kip so that the T2B goes a little more smoothly, and I totally need to change my grip!!! So disgusting. Try washing your hair with ripped hands… Ouch!!!

Should have taken today off.
did the round of 21 and felt miserable. Ended up just moving for 25 minutes….do some thrusters, when that got tired moved to toes to bar and repeated this for 25 minutes.
