Complete AMRAP 10:

A.  Work to a 5 rep overhead squat.

B.  3 overhead squats (115/75 lb)

30 double-unders
6 overhead squats
30 double-unders
9 overhead squats
30 double-unders
– Continue adding 3 reps to the overhead squats each round.

B. 105# Definitely pushing my limits.
60 Singles is all my very tired feet would allow today but I continued to work on pulling back with my wrists.

Goal: Dive into new territory to test my resolve.
Result: Got 10 reps in on 15 reps

Getting used to OHS sensations and the edge of my strength limits was great. It was ugly sometimes but I am proud to have tested the limits of my control. I wanted to be a little faster. Definitely required heaps of courage to be more athletic than techncial.


A: 155 – 5 Reps
B: Round 7 = 21 Overhead Squats, 1 DoubleUnder.

Most significant focus was being active through the bar and sustaining my overhead position throughout fatigue.
