Did pause squats at about 80% of 1 RM.
145X5 for 4 sets then
150X5


Now that is a pain face if I’ve ever seen one Trent!
First day back in about 2 weeks with lots of skiing in between.

Everything UB just tried to keep a nice steady pace.
Then 3×10 MU resting 60-75sec in between.

Still dealing with a tender hip flexor. Slow, low, paused squats felt best, so stuck with this.
275/285/295/305/315.


Did 5 sets of 5 at 335, tough but good.
